Vacuum cleaners have always been a fascination of mine. From robot vacuums to stick cleaners, I’ve always liked testing and trying out new models. And I’ve gone through plenty of brands, from the usual suspects of Dyson and Ecovacs to the ones from Korean tech giants Samsung and LG.
So I guess the fact that I’ve been ignoring Tineco (pronounced Tin-co as the e is silent) isn’t a good look for me. A subsidiary of Ecovacs Group, Tineco specialises in wet and dry stick vacuums, and believe you me, I’ve heard good things about them, but I never really followed up.
That all changed when I laid eyes on the new Floor One i7 Fold, a very slim wet and dry vacuum with the ability to fold flat 180°, letting you clean under furniture easily. The fold feels very similar to the Shark CleanSense IQ, though I guess it’s not really a new design.
